Hello readers, it's been a while! Today I will be talking about my thoughts on Supernova, the final book in the Renegades trilogy. I must warn you, there will be mild spoilers so read at your own risk.

First off, I must say how glad I am that I actually picked this book up. I loved Renegades but with Archenemies I was left wanting more, which was why I was not keen on reading Supernova. However, all of my expectations were surpassed and I am so happy with how everything ended.

The first thing I must mention is the character development. In the first two books, everything is either black or white, good or bad, villain or superhero. However, in Supernova the characters slowly but surely realize that life isn't always black and white and they delve into what it means to be more than just a simple label of "good"or "bad". I think this was my favorite aspect of the book because we got to see the characters have more depth than in the first two books.

Something else I enjoyed was, of course, the romance filled with angst. If you've read the other two books you know that our main character, Nova is posing undercover as a superhero while actually trying to bring them down from the inside. However, it all changed when she met Adrian, falling head over heels in love with him, even if she doesn't want to admit it. It was a treat reading about their relationship and seeing them struggle over the secrets each one kept from the other.

Last but not least, I will say the "big plot twists" were, in my opinion, really obvious and I guessed them since the second book. However, the way they played out is what I enjoyed reading so I didn't really mind it that much. Overall, this book was honestly amazing and the development from the last two books was off the roof.
